SOUTH WEST RHYL COMMUNITIES FIRST
FREE ART WORKSHOP
We would like to invite you to attend a workshop with professional artist Becky Adams. Becky will be spending a week’s residency in Rhyl to prepare some work with the community for the ‘My Community: Rhyl’ exhibition that will open at Rhyl library and gallery in April. The realm of the book is intrinsic to Becky’s work as it offers a private space that invites recollection and contemplation. The book also encourages a journey through time – come and help Becky unfold the story of Rhyl and it’s community.
Workshops run from Monday 12th April to Friday 16th April. Aimed at local groups . Minimum of 10 per session. They can take place in any venue – the artist has previously worked in Communities first, RAPA, RYAG’s youth cafe, Rhyl library, Rhyl high school, Hafan Deg. Becky is happy to come and work with you in your usual venue.
